MISSION

Encourage the development of the tourism real estate industry and protect its interest in the Domincan Republic.

General Objectives:

• Encourage the development of resort communities and tourism destinations on a national level.
• Stimulate the creation of a complementary tourism offering, in order to satisfy the demand for a higher quality product, encouraging flexibility in investment policies and sustainability in the sector.
• Guard the interests of the sector and represent them loyally before society and government bodies.
• Design campaigns aimed at raising the level of awareness about the importance of tourism activity and inverstment for the socio-economic development of the country.
• Promote a harmonious relationship amongst the owners of the various real estate developments.
• Promote the development of Human Resources in order to raise the quality of the tourism real estate offerings in the Dominican Republic.
• Maintain our natural resources by encouraging environmentally friendly practices.
• Facilitate the integration of new developments into the existing communities where they operate, thereby turning them into allies of the development of these communities.
• Promote the Dominican Republic as a World-Class tourism destination, through international advertisign and marketing campaigns.
